"My preference has been to work with smaller companies. I look for creative, challenging and
encouraging positions, allowing me to develop professionally and personally."

Before moving back to the PNW I am worked with the Ronald McDonald House of Springfield, MA. I began as the jane-of-all-trades Administrative Assistant and was then promoted to Volunteer Manager (Community Engagement Coordinator). I managed a part-time volunteer staff of twelve, an event staff of fourteen and am liaison to a committee of twenty-five Teen Board volunteers. I maintained the House website, social media accounts, assisted with third party fundraising events and work to schedule activity groups /guest chefs. My main responsibilities, along with all other staff, is to make the many families who call our House, a Home-Away-from- Home, safe and comfortable.

Previously I worked with the Quaboag Valley CDC (QVCDC) and Fiscal Training Solutions (FTS). With QVCDC, I managed computer & small business training classes, coordinated the technical assistance program, created marketing pieces, maintained the website, as well as general office hardware/software support. As a Marketing & Systems Coordinator with Fiscal Training Solutions, a bookkeeping & QuickBooks® training firm in Holyoke, Massachusetts; I coordinated and implement marketing strategies, scheduled & coordinated web-based trainings, worked with customer control & information systems, managed content for website and assisted in coordinating networking events.

Over the years I have gained strengths in customer service, project coordination, & co-worker relations.
I have developed my multi-tasking and event planning abilities and find that my problem
solving and team-building skills have benefitted from the work I do.
